What this website collects
- No accounts, no analytics, no tracking cookies, no newsletter forms.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard edge request logs — IP address, page requested, time — to deliver the pages and resist abuse. We do not combine these with anything else.
- If you email us, we keep your message to answer it and for our records.
What the BlakTail product collects about you: nothing
BlakTail is self-run software. Your devices, addresses, policies, flow records, logs and backups live in infrastructure you control — on your computers or in your AWS account. We have no hosted service, no telemetry back to us, and no way to see your network.
Priority support sessions
When we help you deploy, harden or monitor BlakTail, we may see your environment as part of that work — for example device names or logs you share with us. We use that access only to deliver the support you asked for, and we do not copy your network data elsewhere.
Disclosure
We disclose personal information only where you ask us to, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
Access and correction
Ask us at hello@yumait.com.au for access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date on this page.
