The software
BlakTail source code is Apache License 2.0. Use of the software is covered by the End User Licence Agreement alongside that licence.
AWS Marketplace
Marketplace subscriptions are billed by AWS under your agreement with AWS. Refunds for Marketplace charges are handled through AWS — see the Refund Policy. The software runs in your account; we operate no service that holds your data.
Priority support services
- Scope is agreed per engagement: typically assisted deployment, hardening and monitoring.
- We perform services with due care and skill and within a reasonable time.
- You provide timely access, accurate information, and remain responsible for your credentials, backups and production decisions.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to cancel and to a refund for the unused portion or compensation for reduced value. For other failures we will re-supply or remedy within a reasonable time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YUMA IT PTY LTD (ABN 62 684 389 839) limits liability for paid services to resupply or the cost of resupply, and is not liable for indirect loss arising from self-run deployments.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia.
